Niacin (also known as Nicotinic Acid or Vitamin B3) opens up cappilaries and assits in pushing toxins through the skin. Further it helps utilizing glycogen for the liver cells. Transient flushing of the skin can follow ingestion of Niacin, especially if taken with little or no food. This is known within the Gerson users as a niacin flush. Gerson Therapy patients are usually adviced by physicians not to use flush free or sustained release (SR) niacin. This is exactly the right product for the Therapy. Make sure you use only pure Nicotinic Acid with flush (redenning) effect. Other types, such as niacinamide are useless and not suitable for the Therapy.

Megazyme. A source of proteolytic enzymes. Equivallent to InfZyme Forte, Nutrazyme and Wobe Mugos. Special formula, made in USA, according to requirement to contain Trypsin and Chymotrypsin.

With this double strength Acidoll, you need only one. One capules contains: 640 mg of Betaine HCL and 460 mg Pepsin (1:3000). Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid. Use before or during meals, but not on empty stomach. Eat a little piece first!

Milk Thistle 400 mg. 240 Capsules. Equivalent to 320 mg Silymarin (as its strength is 80%). Used in the new Gerson Protocols.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has been used for 2,000 years as an herbal remedy for a variety of ailments, particularly liver, kidney, and gall bladder problems. Several scientific studies suggest that substances in milk thistle (especially a flavonoid called silymarin) protect the liver from toxins, including certain drugs such as acetaminophen (Tylenol), which can cause liver damage in high doses. Silymarin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and it may help the liver repair itself by growing new cells. Milk Thistle is hepatoprotective and hepatorestorative, can be taken periodically at 320 mg (silymarin activity) twice a day between meals.

Specially made vitamin D3 5000 IU + K2 200 mcg in a singe tablet with only rice extract as binder. NO OIL, SPECIALLY FOR THE GERSON THERAPY! Test for K2 before using it, because you might consider using only pure D.

Flax (Linseed) Oil is the only allowed source of fat in Gerson Therapy. Usual use is 2 tablespoons per day in the first month and 1 tablespoon daily after that. It's a natural source of Omega 3,6,9 acids. 

Gerson Potassium Salts. Equal amounts of the following: potassium gluconate, potasium acetate and potassium phosphate. Each x 33 g. for total of 100 g. Warning: Must be dissolved before use! Use your physician instructions.

Specially made vitamin D3 20000 IU with no K2 in a singe tablet with rice extract and Calcium Carbonate as binder. NO OIL! Test for K2 before using it, because you might consider using other types with K2.
